Designed ClanePOS, a merchant app that lets merchants and their sub-accounts collect payments without needing a POS device, through instant transfer to a virtual account or QR code.
The design addressed three merchant pain points: the cost of POS hardware, delayed remittances from staff who couldn't hand collected money back on time, and merchants' lack of visibility into what their staff were collecting. Sub-accounts solved this: staff could remit only what they'd collected, while only the merchant could withdraw funds.
